Sqoop is a special data transfer tool which is design for Hadoop database system and used for transfer data between Hadoop and relational database servers which are continue used by the Hadoop . Sqoop is also used for to import data from relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle to Hadoop HDFS and export from Hadoop file system to relational databases. In background of Hadoop database system Sqoop play an important role to increase the Response time speed of Hadoop.
