Sort is a process which is used to organizing data in a particular order allowing for information to be found easier. In the SQL database system there are many times used Sort method to increase the efficiently of the project. The main basic idea of Sort method to covert the un-structural data information in the order wise which is more beneficially for searching item and record form the large database. Sort can be done on names, numbers and records an it is relatively easy to look up the phone number of a friend from a telephone dictionary because the names in the phone book have been sorted into alphabetical order. Sort greatly improves the efficiency of searching. If we were to open a phone book, and find that the names were not presented in any logical order, it would take an incredibly long time to look up someone’s phone number.
