About Microsoft Access

Microsoft Access is information management tool which is launched in the Microsoft Office and also helps to store information for reference, reporting and analysis and it is also used for analyze large amounts of information and manage related data more efficiently than Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications. Microsoft Access is a DBMS (Database Management System) and combines the relational Microsoft Jet Database Engine with a graphical user interface and software-development tools. It is a member of the Microsoft Office suite of applications included in the Professional and higher editions or sold separately. It is mainly used for local host data server which more reliable for small project.
